The Deadline for Provider Directory CMS Interoperability Rule
CMS-regulated health plans must enable a Provider Directory by July 1st, 2021.
What does this mean for Payers?

Payers must create a directory of all providers within their network, including information like phone number and specialty

Payers must make the Provider Directory publicly available on their website, and any changes to provider information must be updated within 30 days
